Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Beijing Xinqiao Hotel had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, right in front of the metro station, making it easy to explore. However, I found my room had a lingering cigarette smell, which was quite unpleasant. While the staff, like Elsa, were friendly and helpful, some interactions felt less than welcoming. Overall, I appreciated certain amenities, but there were definitely areas that could use improvement.
My stay at the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel was a mixed bag. On the upside, the location is super central, making it easy to explore the city, and the room service staff were really helpful. However, I felt the hotel is in need of some serious renovations, as it seemed a bit tired and worn out. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I think improvements are definitely needed.
I found the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel to be very conveniently located right next to the Chongwenmen Subway station, which made getting around the city a breeze. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, especially Elsa at the front desk, who provided excellent service. However, my room had issues with cleanliness and a lingering smoke smell, which detracted from my overall experience.
I had a mixed stay at the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel. The location is fantastic with easy access to the subway and nearby malls, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were genuinely caring, especially Julia at the front desk, who helped me secure a reservation for Tiananmen Square. However, my room felt outdated with weak water pressure in the shower, and I could smell smoke despite being in a non-smoking area.
My stay at the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right next to the metro and close to major attractions. However, I encountered some communication issues with the staff, which impacted my overall experience.
